Adoption Specialist - Radiology IT

Create, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids. Effectively introduces, demonstrates, and trains customers on Fluency for Imaging in live and virtual classrooms using a blended approach incorporating adult learning concepts and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or Science/Arts degree (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years healthcare experience or experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within an imaging/radiology environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines
• Demonstrated capability to facilitate training and knowledge of adult learning
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and partnering with multiple teams
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S. and Canada
