Job Description
The Jacuzzi® Brand is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Finance Manager (FP&A) to join their Miami-based team. This role will involve leading special projects, building analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making for the CEO and CFO, while working with the Spa Business CEO. The position requires a strong understanding of financial data, process improvement, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Lead high-impact special projects supporting strategic decision-making for the CEO and executive leadership
- Build comprehensive, value-added analyses across commercial, operational, and financial domains
- Navigate and synthesize data from multiple CRM and ERP systems
- Develop compelling presentations and reports
- Support ad hoc requests from the CEO, CFO, and equity sponsor
- Collaborate with FP&A team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work in consumer-facing, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
