Job Description
The JAKALA Iberia team is seeking a trainee to provide technical support from the Madrid offices. The role involves technical support to users, installation and maintenance of computer equipment, and management of incidents through a ticketing tool.
Requirements
- Professional training in Computer Science or similar
- Intermediate level of English (communication capacity)
- Basic knowledge of networks and operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments: Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange
- Proactivity and problem-solving capacity
- Good communication and treatment skills with users
