Job Description
Janji is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to lead garment construction, fit, and patternmaking. The role involves leading fit sessions, creating and maintaining digital patterns, and collaborating with design and factories to ensure production-ready products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical design experience, ideally in performance or outdoor apparel
- Proficiency in Optitex patternmaking
- Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading for knits and wovens
- Strong technical communication skills for working with overseas factories
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
