Job Description
Join our team as a Construction CAD Designer/Drafter and collaborate with project teams to develop and understand design requirements, identify project risks, and create construction drawings. Proficient in CAD and/or Revit software.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience is preferred.
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- General knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural analysis.
- Ability to apply the fundamentals of sketching and design.
- Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
