The Accounts Receivable Manager will manage the day-to-day activities of Accounts Receivable staff, ensure that the company's policy and procedures are understood and followed, and achieve compliance and goals targeted. The manager will also facilitate the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, assure timely collection of cash due to corporation, and conduct credit checks on all customers.

- Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards

- Assure that the companies standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer
- Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits
- Make recommendations to improve quality of collection procedures
- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements
- Conduct performance evaluation for direct reports
- Recommend hiring, firing and promotion
- Identify and resolve personnel issues
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level
