Air Export Specialist is responsible for facilitating the movement of pharma/healthcare products, equipment, and materials out of the country via air freight, while ensuring compliance with organizational policy and relevant laws and processes.

Requirements

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for air export activities
• Coordinate cargo pick up and transfer
• Communicate with export-related authorities, customers, and suppliers
• Manage and update carrier and vendor rates
• Track shipments and update customers and agents
• Create and maintain customer files
• Provide customer invoicing and payable approval
• Audit files to ensure accuracy and completion
