Job Description
JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled Construction Manager to lead their construction projects. This role involves managing all aspects of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The manager will coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and prioritize safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage projects and teams effectively under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction.
