Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead their internal audit function and enhance the organization's transparency and integrity. The role involves driving the internal audit strategy, assessing risks, and fostering a culture of compliance. Collaboration with senior management and the Audit Committee is key.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
- At least 15+ years of internal audit experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop internal audit teams.
