Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT departments and business units. The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into IT solutions, and ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives. This involves process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and system testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (plus)
