Job Description
This Project Coordinator position in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Saudi National with at least 5 years of experience. The role involves managing project activities, client liaison, budget analysis, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. The coordinator will also be responsible for preparing documentation and maintaining project files.
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills (multitasking & time-management)
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Excel & Power Point)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
