Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a talented QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control procedures for projects, ensuring adherence to industry regulations. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams to promote quality excellence. The manager will analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in QA/QC management in the construction or engineering sector.
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance principles, industry regulations, and standards.
- Experience in leading and mentoring QA/QC teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
