Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of construction projects. This role involves accurate cost estimation, project budget monitoring, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's commitment to excellence in project management.
Requirements
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
- Evaluate and assess contractor bids and proposals.
- Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budgets.
- Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management and project teams.
- Administer contracts and manage change order processes.
- Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
