Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager (RC) to oversee all commercial activities related to residential construction projects. This role involves managing procurement, budgeting, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Collaboration with project teams and strong leadership skills are essential.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee commercial aspects related to residential construction projects.
- Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong client/subcontractor/supplier relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and resolve disputes.
- Provide guidance on commercial matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
