Job Description
This Senior Project Coordinator role involves coordinating and overseeing project activities, managing resources, and ensuring client expectations are met. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in project management tools. They will provide project status updates to stakeholders and assist with risk management and budget monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar position
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion
- Exceptional organizational skills, including strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Familiarity with project risk management and quality assurance control
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project and Basecamp
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
