Job Description
JASARA PMC, a leading organization in delivering Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Quality Manager. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining high quality standards across projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training on quality management principles. The successful candidate will oversee quality control processes and lead initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in quality management in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with relevant quality management standards and certifications.
- Flexibility to travel to various sites across Saudi Arabia
