Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the success of civil engineering projects. The role involves overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying, leading a team, and managing project costs. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, contracts, and reports, and resolving disputes. JASARA PMC is a leading program management company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
- Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
