The Quality Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight and process effectiveness of quality assurance systems, ensuring components are tested and repaired in accordance with technical data, and enforcing high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Requirements
- Maintain the corrective/preventive action program
- Monitor and assign corrective actions
- Develop and evaluate quality PDCA's
- Report ongoing activities to management
- Collect and analyze critical quality data
- Assist Quality Manager in development of Surveillance Plans
- Develop internal process audits
- Conduct internal process audits
- Train quality team members
- Work with engineering and operations to improve products and process
- Develop critical to quality standards and procedures
- Direct and support quality team members
- Plan, promote, and coordinate training activities
