Requirements
- Must have minimum 3 years personal injury experience
- Must have trial experience
- Experienced and well versed in the litigation process
- Lawsuit drafting, propounding and responding to discovery, code of civil procedure
- Knowledge of local court rules and procedures
- Strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
