Agriculture Helicopter Pilot - Full-Time

The Helicopter Pilot will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating helicopters for various missions, as approved. The pilot will conduct daily pre-flight and daily post-flight inspections of aircraft to ensure airworthiness and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate with Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating
• Current Second-Class Medical Certificate
• Documented experience in aerial application, including herbicide, pesticide, and/or fertilizer missions
• Strong proficiency with low-level flight, contour flying, and precision maneuvering
• Knowledge of spray systems, flow controls, GPS guidance, and aircraft-specific application equipment
• Commercial Pesticide Application Licensed in Aerial Application
• Ability to interpret application maps, GIS data, and mission routing software
• Strong situational awareness and risk management skills in variable terrain and weather
• Experience operating in rural, agricultural, or forestry environments
• Ability to perform accurate pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections related to both aircraft and spray systems
• Basic mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting spray equipment and minor field repairs
• Clean driving record; CDL with HAZMAT endorsement (preferred)
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and FAA compliance requirements
