Job Description
Production Supervisor responsible for ensuring highest level of productivity and cost-efficiency while maintaining customer specifications. Trains employees, plans manpower and materials, and promotes safety and quality.
Requirements
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Poultry or food industry experience a plus
- Leadership skills with 20+ employees
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
