Business & Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Deputy Director Finance Business Partnering, the Finance & Business analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions, and driving growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Develop an understanding of company and division objectives, both financial and strategic
• Be involved in the preparation of Board reports
• Act as a problem-solver, using multifaceted approaches to improve efficiency and drive company objectives
• Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in assisting with projects and initiatives outside traditional role definitions
• Lead or assist the FBP team to work on the P&L, balance sheet, or cash flow statement
• Collaborate with operations' team to lead capex post-mortem reviews to ensure effective investment decision making
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing support wherever needed and reinforcing the importance of strong cost management
• Support the Deputy Director in any project of standardization and performance management initiatives
