Job Description
The Digital Technician will join the Digital Operations Maintenance team to ensure the reliability, performance, and visual quality of digital advertising assets across various formats. The role involves preventative maintenance, fault resolution, and cleaning, as well as ensuring operational standards and reporting accurately.
Requirements
- Previous troubleshooting experience in mechanical, electrical, or both
- Previous basic electrical work experience
- Familiarity with digital screens, IT systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Competent with laptops, smartphones, and mobile devices
- Understanding of WAN/LAN networks, cellular connectivity, and ADSL routers
- Mechanical aptitude and readiness for Network Rail training
- IPAF & PASMA certification and MEWP experience (desirable but not essential)
- Clean UK driving licence
- Comfortable with lifting duties and working at height
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Responsible for van stock, spare parts, and equipment upkeep
