Job Description
Join our growing Cyber Support Center (CySC) team as a Tech Control Technician to collaborate and work in coordination with other Tech Controllers personnel within the National Capital Region. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing team responsible for supporting a high-velocity collaborative environment, along with tremendous growth potential.
Requirements
- Perform engineering for new circuit installations, modifications, and deactivations.
- Provide technical and operational support to end-user services, network expansions, and modernization of telecommunications backbone systems.
- Provide problem resolution for all hardware and software elements of the data communication circuits maintained by the work center to include Commercial and GFE owned networks.
- Ensure the availability of the circuits in coordination with others work centers as required.
- Perform status updates and circuit monitoring as required.
