Job Description
We are seeking an Accountant to join our Construction & Equipment Division, Accounting team in Saint John, New Brunswick. The Accountant will drive organizational value through ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the accounting and reporting function.
Requirements
- Maintaining the general ledger accounts and/or developing or reviewing financial statements and reports
- Performing period end accounting activities, such as reconciliations, accruals, results review
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Supporting the year-end external audit and other compliance requirements
- Ad hoc reporting requests and support on initiatives as requested
