Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking an Estimating Manager for their Advanced Facilities Group. This role focuses on reviewing and executing bids, managing projects from initial planning to final execution, and supporting clients in the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes. The position requires collaboration with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive profitability and project success.
Requirements
- Perform quantity survey and project specifications review.
- Prepare detailed mechanical and plumbing cost estimates.
- Manage comprehensive costs summary and participate in bid analysis.
- Provide system analysis and evaluate value engineering options.
- Track project cost history.
- Participate in project procurement presentations.
- Train and mentor other team members.
