Job Description
JELD-WEN is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and managing production operations, assigning personnel, and driving Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements
- Manage and implement production operations
- Provide direct leadership to team leaders and subordinates
- Serve as a liaison between upper management and hourly employees
- Develop and manage team members' performance and capabilities
- Establish and monitor plant performance
- Provide leadership training
- Assist in developing safety awareness programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in proactive actions of subordinate personnel
