Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service for those who have been victims of disaster and for restoring property and lives with a servant's heart. They are responsible for leadership support, office organization, meeting and event administration, report compilation, and managing office vendor relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum two (2) years of related administrative experience supporting a corporate office environment
• Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and speak effectively to customers and/or employees
• Knowledge of industry related software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate via cell phone and appropriate apps
