Associate Buyer & Planner

Jenni Kayne is a California-based lifestyle brand that aims to empower an elevated approach to everyday living. The Associate Buyer & Planner will support all Jenni Kayne categories, including Home with a focus on Apparel, Shoes, and Accessories, and report to the Director of Buying and Planning.

Requirements

• Ensure accurate data entry in software systems and communicate buy-related information to store teams and corporate parties
• Manage third-party purchasing activities in Netsuite, including purchase order entry, invoicing, and payment
• Drive initial allocation process, partner with buying team to create and distribute product receipt deck, and manage sample coordination process
• Analyze sales and inventory levels, participate in fast-sell meeting, and track freight payments
• Develop strong relationships with marketing, e-commerce, store, and warehouse teams
