Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing and posting various types of accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices and employee expense reports. This role ensures supplier invoices and payment obligations are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of accounting experience utilizing spreadsheets and automated accounting systems
• 2+ years of data entry experience
• Knowledge of IRS 1099 and 1042 regulations, as well as sales and use tax
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and work independently with minimal supervision
