Job Description
As the Plant Manager, you will have full ownership of plant operations, leading production, safety, people, and continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a supervisory leadership role
- Manufacturing experience in steel reinforcement or closely related heavy manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style
- Strong operational ownership mindset with accountability for results
- Demonstrated stability and progression in prior leadership roles
