Manager, Enterprise Applications

The Manager, Enterprise Applications is responsible for overseeing the efficacy and operability of the productivity applications used by the company. The role involves providing technical and business support for end users, maintaining applications, and identifying ways to maximize the potential of the applications utilized.

Requirements

• Provides technical and business support for end users utilizing productivity applications
• Maintains applications that are utilized in daily operations across the business
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation for productivity applications
• Identifies ways to maximize the potential of the applications utilized, improving employee productivity & delivery of app services
• Ensures that storage and archiving procedures are in place
• Responsible for managing lifecycle of applications used by company
• Document, report, and present relevant matters regarding productivity applications to ICT Workplace Services Management & CIO
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and ICT management in a timely manner
• Develop and review application contingency planning to ensure availability to users
• Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production
• Conducts post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design functionality
• Continually reviewing software updates and new software solutions for improving employee productivity
