JerseySTEM is seeking a pro-bono Volunteer to lead the College Engagement Student Groups Team. This role focuses on securing access to underrepresented middle school girls and recruiting them as program instructors. The team collaborates with Cole, supports the University Partnerships team in developing outreach strategies, and maintains relationships with student groups across multiple campuses in New Jersey. The position involves research, relationship building, and coordinating marketing materials.
