Job Description
JerseySTEM is seeking talented professionals for a pro-bono data analytics volunteer position. The role focuses on analyzing data and generating insights to optimize staff performance and workforce planning, ultimately enhancing organizational efficiency. The Lead will manage the team and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
