Job Description
JerseySTEM is seeking a DEVT Head to lead and guide a growing STEM education program focused on rural areas in New Jersey. The role involves building relationships with corporate partners, foundations, governments, and individuals to secure funding for the organization. This pro bono position offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of underserved youth.
Requirements
- Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports
- Report to the Board or Executive Board
- Engage with peers and stakeholder departments
- Work with COME, COLE, HUCA, FINA, and MKTG
- Conduct/Attend virtual meetings weekly and monthly
- Participate in board meeting and budget reporting
