Job Description
JerseySTEM is seeking a tech-savvy and innovative AI Agent Developer to join their volunteer team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline access to internal organizational knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, or similar), prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with APIs or no-code/low-code tools for integrating AI with third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, Google Apps Script, Slack bots).
- Comfortable navigating and organizing content within Google Drive, Jira, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements and document technical solutions.
- Passion for education equity, community service, or nonprofit work.
- Ability to commit to ~6 hours/week for a minimum of 6 months.
