Job Description
Ekte Nordic Kitchen is a Nordic restaurant in the City of London looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will be open-minded, creative, and a team player with experience in a high-output and fast-paced restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Nordic cuisine is an advantage but not necessary
- Experience in a high output and fast paced restaurant is essential
- Ability to work alongside the Head Chef and other Sous Chefs
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to train and guide staff
