Registered Nurse - Home Health

Jet Health/Klarus Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team. They aim to provide quality home health care to geriatric patients in the Ellis County/Waxahachie, TX area, prioritizing safety, independence, and dignity. The role involves following care plans, performing duties like medication administration and wound care, and documenting client assessments.

Requirements

• Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Home Health experience and Oasis knowledge highly preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice
• Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• Knowledge of HCHB EMR is desired, but not required.
