Job Description
The Avionics Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and inspecting aircraft electrical and avionics systems in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer data, and company-approved maintenance manuals.
Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of avionics experience on turbine aircraft
- Experience with Learjet aircraft (Lear 60, 55, 35 preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital avionics systems, EFIS, FMS, autopilot, and integrated flight decks
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and aircraft schematics
- Proficient in avionics troubleshooting and system integration
- Strong documentation and communication skills
