Requirements

• Works with residents and the Residential Manager to create Individual Program Plans (IPPs).
• Supports residents in developing schedules for independent living and daily routines.
• Promotes and teaches essential life skills like meal planning, safety, communication, and self-advocacy.
• Assists with transportation, medication management, and community integration.
• Completes daily written documentation.
