Job Description
JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to provide daily direction and coordination for a Construction Crew. This role involves overseeing operations, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with Project Managers and Sales. Responsibilities include performing onsite work, ensuring safety, and recommending performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in the petroleum industry.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 5 years of direct Construction/Heavy Maintenance experience in the Petroleum Industry
- Team player with high standards for appearance and professionalism
- Ability to operate up to a 90-pound jack hammer
- Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel M-F
