The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will support the Momentum Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) project on all strategic information (SI) related implementation, research and data management. The officer will provide technical assistance and capacity building to the State Ministry of Health PRS/M&E department and M&E designated officers at the supported health facilities at state level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Public Health, Demography and Statistics or equivalent in any discipline in the social sciences.
- At least 5 years’ post-NYSC working experience in the implementation and management of health Strategic Information systems (MNCH programming preferred).
- High-level computer skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS and/or SAS and Epi-Info Windows
- Attention to detail and accuracy in basic data management, analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to train and build the capacity of others on monitoring and evaluation.
