Jimdo is building JimdoPay, an integrated payment solution for solopreneurs, and is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to help shape key features. Requirements
- 6+ years in backend software development
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java
- Demonstrated expertise in REST API design
- Deep experience with PostgreSQL and transactional workflows
- Practical exposure to Stripe or similar payment platforms
- Experience working with Kafka or equivalent messaging systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Linux environments
- Background in application security and secure coding principles
