Requirements
- Prioritize the facilities' needs
- Work with facilities manager and assistant facilities manager
- Ensure adequate stocks and materials
- Manage supply and service contracts
- Mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management and business continuity plans
- Monitor the property's budget
- Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards
- Carry out routine service audits
- Create stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports to clients
- Demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety and client-centric operations
- Adept leadership and team management skills
- Superior communications and reporting skills
