Requirements

• Degree in property-related discipline
• At least ten years of experience in Planning in MS Project /Primavera, Contract and Billing construction, ERP based tools or project management
• Expertise in the field of project management
• Strong client relationship building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with people of different ranks and responsibilities
• Promote open and constructive relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients
