JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. Project Manager, Retail Construction – JLL seeks a Project Manager to play a pivotal role for Retail Construction Projects Team and support the delivery of challenging Retail projects for a financial services client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
• Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed
