Property Manager

As a Property Manager, your main focus is on delivering a customer-centric property management service that prioritises the client and customer experience. Your objective is to proactively oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional client care and customer service and be responsible for identifying opportunities to extract value, secure additional fees, and generate new business opportunity for JLL.

Requirements

• 2+ years property management experience
• ARLA qualified
• Confident liaising with clients via phone, email and letter
• Excellent interpersonal skills – good communication between departments and with tenants and landlords is essential
• Excellent organisational and IT skills
• Out of the box thinking and pro-active approach
• Ability to manage difficult clients with a calm and proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility and to take control of own workload
• Good problem solver
• Positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Good team player
