Job Description
JMAC Lending is seeking a Full-Time Underwriting Supervisor to lead a team of Non-Agency Underwriters. This role involves ensuring loan decisions are made efficiently and accurately, handling complex loan files, providing expert guidance, and collaborating with other departments. The position offers leadership, support, and company-wide focus.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of NON-QM, Jumbo, and Fixed Rate Second loan guidelines
- 5 years of current experience in Mortgage Underwriting
- Strong working knowledge of ATR/QM requirements
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Understanding of compliance and disclosure requirements
