Requirements
- Proven experience delivering organizational change, transformation, or leadership development initiatives.
- Track record of managing consulting engagements with budgets of S$1M+.
- Experience coaching senior executives and facilitating high-level workshops.
- Strong consulting acumen and client/project management experience.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work across diverse industries and cultures.
- Flexibility to travel (regional and global).
