We are looking for energetic, self-generative management consultants with at least 6-10 years of industry experience and a track record in delivering consulting services focused on organizational high performance.

Requirements

• At least 6-10 years of industry experience
• Relevant background to organizational transformation and change management
• Track record in delivering consulting services focused on organizational high performance
• Strong delivery and platform skills
• Several years of industry experience
• Client and project management experience
• Managing at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K
• Ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical
• Leadership for complex, high-impact projects related to people initiatives
